The Graduate program provides full time employment for university graduates.
If you are graduating this year or have graduated within the last 3 years, you could be eligible for this opportunity.
As a graduate, you are placed in a NT Government agency where you are rotated through work units and projects that are relevant to your field of study.
You will receive
- Annual salary $71,746.
- Determination 9 of 2023 - Employment and rate of pay for graduate trainees on the OCPE website PDF (667.2 KB).
- 12 to 24 months employment.
- Hands on work experience in a government department with opportunities for rotations.

Program dates
This program annually commences in January.

Who can apply
- Completed degree within the last 3 years, or due to complete prior to commencing the program.
- Completed degree at a recognised Australian university or institute.
- Australian citizen/resident or visa holder with Australian appropriate working rights or visa to state working rights in Australia.
- Must detail your intent for bridging or graduate visas, if you hold a student visa at time of applying.
